Every day from now until Christmas we will have a little gift for you, our dear readers! These may be craft projects, a poem or reflection, a scrapping inspiration to help you save these special memories in the making, or a favorite recipe! This time of year is so full of fun! I can’t even begin to count the number of special activities we’ve got crammed into the next few weeks. But counting down the days with an Advent Chain is one way to not let those days slip by unnoticed!
Each day we take a loop off the chain, and we can see just how close the holiday is getting as our chain shortens.
This year, I’ve decided to focus on Joy, so our Advent Chain is full of jokes! On each chain link is printed a holiday joke to start our day with a chuckle, and provide a little bit of joy we can share with others as we go about our day. To make your own joke chain print out this .pdf file and follow the directions.
