Wife of a co-worker

Please say an extra prayer tonight for Rita Montgomery. She is the loving wife of one of my co-workers Bob Montgomery. Although always a careful driver and always wearing her seat belt, yesterday she slammed into a light pole at 60 mph unrestrained. They are guessing she suffering a stroke or heart attack to cause this. Her injuries are severe and the outcome is far from certain at this point.

That is so sad. Any word yet on how she is doing?

Thanks for asking, Jennifer. They just got her stable enough to take into surgery today. Last we heard, she was still in surgery. It's a blessing she's gotten this far, we remain hopeful she will come through well and be able to begin real healing!
We'll keep y'all posted.
