Jenn in the hospital
Don’t want to alarm any of our readers and friends but Jenn had to be rushed to the hospital early Thursday morning. We won’t thrill you with the gory details but she had surgery yesterday and she came home today. Sorry she missed our usual Thursday night crop and our Foto Friday but we we kind of busy! We’ll try and post something tomorrow. Leave her a comment if you like!
I was just gonna see when you got to come home. If you were gonna still be there tomorrow I was gonna come give you some company! Glad you are home though!! Hope you feel better real soon!! {{HUGS}}

Dear Jenn – wow some people go on vacation and come home to rest. Not many go away to New York and come home and have surgery. Please know you are in our prayers at this time. Hoping that you will get stronger every day.

Thanks for all the kind wishes everyone. I had an incarcerated hernia, have been having trouble with it for ages, but ended up in severe pain Wed. night and went to the emergency room. They admitted me and did the surgery yesterday, and booted my butt out of there as soon as possible today. I’m home, but on SERIOUS meds (the kind you can sell on the street for $15 a pill!) and a little loopy! I’ll be back in the saddle in time for crop next week, and we’ll have lots of goodies for you guys! Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers, they’re muchly appreciated!

I’m so sorry that you had to have surgery Jenn but am so very happy that you have pulled thru it in good spirits. We are so lucky to live in this day and age that surgery and “recovery…ie release from hospital so quickly is available. You can NEVER get any rest in the hospital…thus home recovery is best, both for you and your love ones. (Well maybe not your NURSE Stan but the rest of your family) I will keep you in my prayers…You, Jenn for speedy recovery and Stan for keeping his sanity in running the home and nursing you back to health! LOL)
