My darling husband always makes the cutest tags for our gifts – he does each one in Photoshop, with custom little sayings and photos that give a little clue as to what is inside!  I wish I could put my hands on some of them now to show you, but they’re tucked way away in my memory box. 

I, on the other hand, am all about mass production!  I like to make one set of tags, print out a ton of them, and go to town tagging all the gifts as I go.  Some years I even think far enough ahead to print them on sticker paper for ease of application.

Yesterday I stumbled across this beautiful kit on a new site, Anelia.net.  Anelia has some wonderful things in her shop, and I just couldn’t resist making my tags with her Classic Christmas kit. It’s rich colors and ornate designs go well with the Victorian theme I have going this year, so I think these tags will go great under my tree! And Anelia very generously said I could share my tags with you!

I made them as a printable .jpg file for you, and bundled them in with a layered .psd template of just the tag shapes in case you want a different color scheme. Download by clicking on the image.

Do stop by Anelia’s site and look at all the cute kits she’s got, I’ve already got a couple on my wish list!  I think anyone could find good use for the Celebration kit, and I know my teenage daughter is going to want Bits of Wonderland.  And her Halloween kit Scrap-a-boo is exactly my favorite colors, so that’ll have to be mine before next year!

Last year we talked about my plans to make a 4×6 brag book with some of our family recipes – a project that’s still underway!  I’m getting a pretty good collection going, and am now thinking of sending them to Persnickety Prints to get them spiral bound for ease of use!

To inspire you to scrap some of your holiday recipes as you make them, I’ve put together three more 4×6 Recipe Templates for you!

I had planned to show you all the front of our beautiful and amazing Christmas card in this post, but… it’s not done.

It’s not even started.

Stan got the photo done, and it has strong colors I have to work with.  I’ve been looking at kits, QP cards and templates, and hardly know where to start!  Here are some of the things I’ve checked out:

I love these templates, especially the one for the folding card, but I don’t think it will work for me since I only have the one image. I like the scattered stars though.

These templates are so cute, but I’m thinking the photos are a little too small for a picture of 5 people.  But I think I could work with one of them, sizing up the photo and cutting down on the journaling area. Again the cute tiny scattered elements!  I’m seeing a trend here!

Chrissy W. has some wonderful templates in her shop, I’m thinking I could possibly work with the one on the top left of this collection. But I’m running out of time here, maybe I need to be looking at QPs…

I like the nice big photo areas on these, but the colors don’t work with the photo very well.  Still, they’re simple and let the photo do the talking! (Sorry for the small preview, best I could do – had some sort of a glitch).

The colors on these are getting closer to what I’d need, but the photo spaces don’t really work for this photo. They’d be awfully cute for a new couple though!

I love the purple on the one at the bottom on these cards by Garden Girl Designs, but again , the photo space isn’t working for me.  These are so cute and the shadowing is so nicely done though, I’m going to keep them in mind in case I end up having to use a different photo!

And I know there are tons and tons more out there I just haven’t found yet!  PLUS, I haven’t even started searching for a kit to use.

So I’m asking for your help!
